Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw the required number of patties in the refrigerator before feeding. Feed according to your dog's age, weight, and activity level. Handle raw pet food carefully, wash hands and food preparation surfaces thoroughly after handling, and always provide fresh, clean drinking water.

Raw and frozen orders are hand-packed in insulated cold-chain packaging at our Westminster and Reunion stores and ride the morning routes — they stay frozen on your porch until you're home.
