Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw the required number of patties in the refrigerator before feeding. Feed according to your dog's age, weight, and activity level. Always provide fresh, clean drinking water. Handle raw pet food with care and wash hands, utensils, preparation surfaces, and feeding bowls thoroughly after handling.

Raw and frozen orders are hand-packed in insulated cold-chain packaging at our Westminster and Reunion stores and ride the morning routes — they stay frozen on your porch until you're home.
