Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw the desired portion in the refrigerator before feeding and serve according to your pet's age, weight, and activity level. Always provide fresh, clean drinking water. Refrigerate unused thawed portions and use within the recommended time on the packaging.

Raw and frozen orders are hand-packed in insulated cold-chain packaging at our Westminster and Reunion stores and ride the morning routes — they stay frozen on your porch until you're home.
