Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw the desired amount in the refrigerator before feeding. Feed according to your pet's species, age, weight, and activity level. Always provide fresh, clean drinking water. Handle raw pet food with care and wash hands, utensils, and food bowls thoroughly after use.

Raw and frozen orders are hand-packed in insulated cold-chain packaging at our Westminster and Reunion stores and ride the morning routes — they stay frozen on your porch until you're home.
Go gradual: 25% new food for a few days, then 50%, then 75%, then full. Our nutritionists will walk you through it free — call (720) 550-6167.
