Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw the desired amount in the refrigerator before feeding and serve according to your dog's age, weight, and activity level. Always provide fresh, clean drinking water. Refrigerate unused portions and use within the recommended time after thawing.

Raw and frozen orders are hand-packed in insulated cold-chain packaging at our Westminster and Reunion stores and ride the morning routes — they stay frozen on your porch until you're home.
