How to Use
For fetch play, use the Flyball like a traditional ball and toss or launch it for your dog to retrieve. Do not use it for fetch while treats are inside. For puzzle play, place treats through the opening, shake the ball to distribute them through the internal chambers, and allow your dog to sniff, roll, and work to release the rewards. Supervise your dog during play.

Submerge the Flyball in soapy water, rinse thoroughly with clean water, and allow it to air dry completely before the next use.

How do raw and frozen products stay cold?

Raw and frozen orders are hand-packed in insulated cold-chain packaging at our Westminster and Reunion stores and ride the morning routes — they stay frozen on your porch until you're home.

How do I transition my dog to a new food?

Go gradual: 25% new food for a few days, then 50%, then 75%, then full. Our nutritionists will walk you through it free — call (720) 550-6167.

What if my dog doesn't like it?

Returns within 30 days get a full refund — food just needs at least half the product remaining. We'd rather swap you to the right bag than have you stuck with the wrong one.
