How do raw and frozen products stay cold?

Raw and frozen orders are hand-packed in insulated cold-chain packaging at our Westminster and Reunion stores and ride the morning routes — they stay frozen on your porch until you're home.

How do I transition my dog to a new food?

Go gradual: 25% new food for a few days, then 50%, then 75%, then full. Our nutritionists will walk you through it free — call (720) 550-6167.

What if my dog doesn't like it?

Returns within 30 days get a full refund — food just needs at least half the product remaining. We'd rather swap you to the right bag than have you stuck with the wrong one.
