Usage Guidelines
Fill the Treat Tray with your preferred dog-safe ingredients and place it in the freezer until completely frozen. Once frozen, remove a treat from the tray and place it inside the compatible Extra Large Woof Pupsicle. Always supervise your dog while enjoying treats and use only ingredients that are safe and appropriate for your pet.

Wash thoroughly between uses and allow the tray to dry completely before storing.

Order by 2pm and we'll deliver the next morning. Routes run Monday through Saturday — orders placed after 2pm Saturday arrive Monday morning.

How do raw and frozen products stay cold?

Raw and frozen orders are hand-packed in insulated cold-chain packaging at our Westminster and Reunion stores and ride the morning routes — they stay frozen on your porch until you're home.

How do I transition my dog to a new food?

Go gradual: 25% new food for a few days, then 50%, then 75%, then full. Our nutritionists will walk you through it free — call (720) 550-6167.

What if my dog doesn't like it?

Returns within 30 days get a full refund — food just needs at least half the product remaining. We'd rather swap you to the right bag than have you stuck with the wrong one.
